£40/hr, minimum five hours, so a deep clean starts at £200. Same hourly rate as a one-off clean, different job. A deep clean gets into the build-up, so the same hours cover less of your home. How long it takes depends on the size and condition of the property.

You don’t have to do the whole house
A full deep clean isn’t right for everyone, and not everyone wants to spend that. You can pick the rooms that actually need it — just the kitchen, just the bathroom, or one room you’ve been putting off. Tell me what matters most and I’ll spend the time there. The five-hour minimum still applies, but those five hours go where you want them.

A regular clean is for keeping your home clean and maintained on a regular basis.
A deep clean takes more time and goes further. I focus on areas that may not be cleaned during every regular visit, such as built-up grease, skirting boards, doors, edges, corners, bathroom build-up and other easily missed areas.
If your home hasn’t had a proper clean for a while, a deep clean can be a good place to start.
It depends on the size and condition of the property.
A home with light build-up will take less time than a neglected property with heavy grease, limescale or years of dirt.
I don’t like giving unrealistic time promises before seeing what actually needs doing. I’ll discuss the property with you and give you a clear quote based on the work required.
I charge £40 an hour with a minimum of 5 hours, so a deep clean starts from £200.
As a rough guide: a 1 bedroom home is about 5 to 6 hours (£200 to £240), a 2 bedroom about 5 to 8 hours (£200 to £320), and a 3 bedroom about 8 to 12 hours (£320 to £480).

There isn’t one answer for every home.
Some customers book a deep clean once or twice a year and then continue with regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning.
Others only need a deep clean when things have got on top of them, before moving house, after building work or when preparing a property for a new tenant.
You don’t need to scrub the house before I arrive, that’s what you’re booking me for. 😊
If possible, just remove personal items and clutter from the areas you want cleaned. This gives me better access to surfaces and means I can spend more time actually cleaning.
